If you selected the incorrect campus, grade, or accidentally registered the wrong child, please email us at xtremekidz@zionchurch.org with the detailed information, and our team will assist you.
Are scholarships available?
Even though we work very hard to keep our price as low as possible, we understand that not all families can afford the fees. Please email xtremekidz@zionchurch.org (http://xtremekidz@zionchurch.org/)and let our team know if you have special circumstances or need assistance.
Can I request that my child and their friend(s) be in the same group?
These programs are an amazing time to make new friends. You can submit one friend request, and that friend must ALSO request your child. We organize groups by grade; the friend being requested must be in the same grade as your child. We cannot guarantee every child’s request, but we'll do our best if the above requirements have been met. In addition, our kids move around in their rotations with all groups in the same age band; your child will likely see their same-age group friends for a large portion of the time.
Can siblings/friends in DIFFERENT grades be in the same group?
Unfortunately, no. We group kids by the school grade that they are finishing in Spring 2025. This helps kids make new friends within their peer groups and ensures an age-appropriate, safe, and fun learning environment.
My child is inviting a friend who doesn't go to Zion. What do I need to do to make sure they are in the same group?
This is a great time to invite your friends. We created the program strategically, knowing we have many new friends/guests attending. Both children must be in the same grade and request each other.
What if my child wants to change groups during the XK Bible Camp(s)?
For your child’s safety, please do not move your child to another group on your own. Groups are formed so we know where your child is at all times. Leaders are not authorized to move children to a different group. The Xtreme Kidz Bible Camp Registration Team must approve any group changes. Email us at xtremekidz@zionchurch.org.
