Minister Buffie Lancaster

Ayesha Lancaster is widely known as Buffie. She was born in Washington, DC, and raised in Prince George's County, Maryland, with her parents and older sister. She graduated high school in 2001 and went on to attend both Morgan State University and Howard University.

 

A creative at heart, Ayesha knew early on that a traditional office path wasn't for her. She began her career in retail and government, while also stepping into entrepreneurship as an event planner at 25.

Ayesha has been a part of Zion Church for over 20 years, where she served as a Connect Group Leader in youth ministry for seven years. In 2020, she answered God's call into full-time ministry. She has had the privilege of serving with Xtreme Kidz as a Campus Manager and now as the Assistant Director.

​

She is also a proud wife, having

married Mahlon in 2015, and is a mom to three amazing sons: MJ (23), Malachi (20), and Mason (12).

Everything Ayesha does is rooted in purpose, creativity, and a passion for impacting the next generation.
