📝 Xtreme Kidz Bible Camps Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Xtreme Kidz Bible Camps — Not Your Average VBS! We’re excited for your child to join us for a summer of fun, faith, and unforgettable experiences. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. By registering, you agree to comply with these guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

✅ Camper Eligibility

Open to children entering Kindergarten through 6th grade in Fall 2025.
Campers must be registered by a parent or legal guardian.
All campers must be fully potty-trained and able to participate in structured group activities.

💬 Code of Conduct

Campers are expected to treat others with kindness and respect at all times.
Bullying, aggression, or repeated disruptive behavior may result in dismissal without refund.
Campers must stay with their group and follow instructions from leaders.

🚗 Drop-Off & Pick-Up

Drop-off and pick-up must follow the assigned camp schedule.
Only authorized individuals listed on your child’s registration form may sign them out.
Photo ID may be required at pickup for safety purposes.

❤️ Health & Safety

Please inform us of any allergies, medical needs, or special accommodations at registration.
Keep your child home if they are sick or experiencing symptoms (e.g., fever, vomiting).
In the event of a medical emergency, we will attempt to contact you. Emergency care may be provided if necessary.

📸 Photos & Video

We may take photos and videos during camp to share with families or promote future Xtreme Kidz events.
By registering, you give us permission to use your child’s image for promotional purposes.
If you prefer your child not be photographed, please notify us in writing before the first day of camp.

💳 Payment & Cancellations

Payment is due at the time of registration unless you’ve arranged a scholarship or financial plan.
To receive a refund, cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the first day of camp.
Camp fees are non-refundable after that date and are not transferable.

🔁 Changes to Program

We reserve the right to adjust camp activities, schedules, or staffing as needed.
Any significant changes will be communicated to families as early as possible.

🎒 Personal Belongings

Please label all items with your child’s name.
Xtreme Kidz is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.
Leave valuables, electronics, and toys at home.

⚠️ Discipline Policy

We use positive reinforcement and redirection to guide behavior.
Ongoing concerns will be discussed with parents.
Campers who cannot meet expectations may be dismissed to protect the safety and experience of others.
